We are located at 5666 Main Ave. in Orangevale 1/2 a block south of Madison Ave. We have served this community over 30 years at this location, and hope to be of service to you. Over 65 years combined cutting experience.

On Beef-Pork-Lamb

We can age, cut to order, vacuum package, and freeze your meat to YOUR SPECIFICATIONS and provide with a copy of your cutting instructions, complete with an inventory.

We have full smokehouse facilities in our plant; using only old fashioned maple sugar cure on to your hams and bacons, and smoking with real Hickory wood!

On Wild Game

We do complete game processing on Antelope-Bear-Deer-Elk-Ect...Cut, Vacuum Pack, and Frozen, and complete with inventory sheet. We make sausage and salami from your game meat.

We also do smoking on ALL Wild game Birds.

Our normal business hours:

Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday, 10:00am - 5:00pm   Closed Sundays, and other times we are available by appointment for those unexpected  needs.
